Directions of use (Adults):.

• Take 1ml (20 drops) per day.
• Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 1ml (20 drops) per day
• Recommended to start with a lower dosage for example: 4 drops and work you way up to a maximum of 20 drops per day.
• Use of Sleep CBD/THC Oils recommended for night time. May cause drowsiness.
